I have experience with working with a variety of issues and for me, it's important that I work from my clients perspective and hear how what they are going through is impacting them.
As well as being a counsellor, I currently work as a support worker, supporting those who have learning disabilities, are on the autism spectrum and who are struggling with their mental health. This role is extremely rewarding and has given me more experience with the neurodiverse community.
Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, feel overwhelmed or alone in the world, have been impacted by an event or suffered a loss, I am here to listen and work with you to help you understand what it is like to be you. I will help you build the resilience and the confidence you need to manage your thoughts and feelings. I can help you to understand your emotions and who you are in the world. I believe that the more we understand about ourselves, the easier it is to deal with what life throws our way.
