As your counsellor, I will be compassionate, empathic, and dedicated in supporting you to make changes and at the same time accept and value yourself. I provide a different range of therapeutic services to the clients at large via Zoom, Video link, 1-2-1 Counselling, Relationships Counselling, Family Counselling and Couple Counselling.
If we were to work together, my hope would be that you gain a better understanding of yourself and that over time you would begin to feel more whole and more yourself in relationships, to feel your emotions without getting too overwhelmed or controlled by them.
