I’m a White, LGBTQ+ member, British and Portuguese woman, with a BSc Psychology with Criminology Degree. I’m a very passionate psychologist with the need to help others in any way I can. I’m known for my Motivational Speaking and Consultation Skills where I want to make others see what I can see in them.
I’m a more free-spoken therapist, with a BPS license and accreditation.
I focus on Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Family, LGBTQ+, Stress, Relationships, Autism and Other matters that can be included in any session.
